Food Safety Level 1 

This Food Safety Level 1 course has been designed to help anyone people store and prepare for their own consumption.

It is well suited to people improving their own skills for independent living.

It is not suitable for anyone wishing to serve or sell food publicly.

This course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Food Safety Level 2 for Food Handlers

This Food Safety Level 2 course has been designed to help anyone who handles, prepares or serves food understand their legal responsibilities. It also introduces industry best practice for controlling food safety hazards, controlling temperatures, food storage, food preparation, personal hygiene and premises cleaning.

This course takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
